Osman Çakıroğlu is the Founder and Managing Consultant of Stoika Consulting, a boutique consulting firm in İstanbul advising family-owned businesses and SMEs on growth, professionalization, and generational transition.

Osman’s work focuses on helping owner-managed and family-controlled companies evolve into professionally governed, scalable organizations. He supports families and leadership teams in strengthening governance, accountability, and leadership pipelines, while navigating succession and intergenerational transition to ensure sustainable performance beyond founder dependency.

With over 20 years of international professional experience, he has managed and delivered complex projects across private enterprises, public institutions, and international development organizations. He is currently working with clients in South Africa, the United States, Brazil, and Turkey.

His former experience includes working with Toyota-Sabancı, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Global Affairs Canada, Kiron Open Higher Education, and the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), as well as designing and delivering SME institutionalization and entrepreneurship programs through BAUSEM.

He is an active member of the Corporate Governance Association of Türkiye (TKYD), the Management Consultants Association of Turkey (YDD), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
